LENTEN SEASON 2010 PROGRAMME
Ash Wednesday : February 17 - There will 2 Masses, one at Noon and the other at 5:30pm. You may receive ash right after the Homily.
The Way of the Cross will be celebrated solemnly right after the Mass every Tuesdays and Fridays. The first celebration will be on Friday, 19 February after the Noon Mass.
First Sunday of Lent : February 21
Second Sunday of Lent : February 28
Third Sunday of Lent : March 7
Fourth Sunday of Lent : March 14
Fifth Sunday Of Lent : March 21
HOLY WEEK
Palm Sunday : March 28
Holy Thursday : April 1 - Solemn Mass of the Lord's Supper will be celebrated at 5:30pm
Good Friday : April 2 - Celebration of the Lord's Passion will be held at 3pm
Holy Saturday : April 3 – Easter Vigil will be celebrated at 5:30pm
Easter Sunday : April 4 – Solemn Mass of the Resurrection of the Lord will be celebrated at 9am, 11am and 4:30pm
<10 DAYS PILGRIMAGE TO HOLY LAND
The pilgrimage will now only be to the Holy Land starting on April 10, 2010 to April 20, 2010. The cost is now reduced to CAD $2279. Those who are interested, please let Father know to obtain the detail itinerary.

Retired? Looking for a Mission? Sing and serve your community at the same time. The Happy Gang sings at Nursing Homes, Lodges and at some Masses. All the commitments (Oct 8/2008 to May 13/2009) are held on Wed 1:15-3pm. Rehearsals are at Sacred Heart Church Parish Hall, 1307-14th St. SW. ST FRANCIS ALTAR SERVERS
Parents who have children who are ready to serve in church as altar servers, please see Father Joseph after any Mass. Father Joseph welcomes all children to our growing group of altar servers of all ages. Parents must bring their child to the sacristy at least 15 minutes before the Mass so that they have ample time to get dressed.
